Service description Billouvent is a point-of-sale application for local businesses. It helps you sell products, track inventory, record sales, and optionally sync data with Google Sheets. 2. Your responsibilities You are responsible for accurate product and pricing data, secure device access (passcodes and biometrics), and compliance with local tax and business regulations. You must keep your Google account credentials secure. 3. Google Sheets integration When you enable Google Sheets sync, you authorize the app to read and write data in spreadsheets you select or create. You remain the owner of that data. We do not host your spreadsheet data on our servers. 4. Acceptable use Do not misuse the app for fraud, unauthorized access, or activities that violate applicable law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service. 5. Availability The app may be updated or changed over time. Features may vary by device, sync tier, or app version (Development, Beta, Production). 6. Disclaimer Billouvent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost sales, data loss, or business interruption except where prohibited by law. 7.
