Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026 Eluvent Team ("we") built Billouvent to help businesses run point-of-sale operations. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. 1. Data stored on your device The app stores store configuration, products, sales history, and settings locally on your tablet or phone using on-device storage (Realm). This includes business name, catalog, transactions, and optional payment proof images you attach at checkout. 2. Google account and Sheets If you connect Google Sheets, the app requests permission to access spreadsheets you choose. Authentication uses Google's OAuth service. We do not receive or store your Google password. Access tokens are stored securely on your device. 3. Data in your spreadsheet Inventory, sales logs, payments, and other synced rows are written to your Google Spreadsheet under your Google account. You control who can access that spreadsheet via Google sharing settings. 4. What we do not collect We do not operate a central server that collects your sales or customer lists for advertising. We do not sell personal data. 5. Device identifiers The app may record a device identifier in your spreadsheet (Config, Inventory, Sales log) so multiple registers can be distinguished. This is used for sync and reporting, not for tracking users across unrelated apps. 6. Biometrics and passcodes If you enable biometric unlock or an owner passcode, verification happens on your device through the operating system. We do not transmit biometric data. 7. Children's privacy Billouvent is a business tool not intended for children under 13. 8. Your choices You can disconnect Google, clear local sales history (where permitted), or uninstall the app. Spreadsheet data remains in your Google account until you delete it. 9. Contact Privacy questions: jovellabay@gmail.com or +63 939 771 5303. 10. Changes We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the app with an updated date.
